Following are the main points of the cell theory:

  • Every living being originates from a single cell.
  • The body of every living being is made up of one or more than one cells.
  • Each cell is an independent unit, but all cells work together to form an organism.
  • A nucleus is the main worker in the process by which the cell is formed.
