Leaves are different types. It has been divided into two types: Simple leaf and Compound leaf.
- Simple leaf: A simple leaf has a simple has a single leaf blade. It has an axillary bud. Peepal, guava, mango and hibiscus leaves are the example of Simple leaf.
- Compound leaf: The leaf blades of the Compound leaf is clearly divided into many distinct parts. These parts are called leaflets. Compound leaf do not have axillary buds. Neem, Acacia, Gulmohar and rose leaves are the example of Compound leaf.
