Photosynthesis is not a simple one step process, but it happens in many steps. By the process of Photosynthesis plants make their food.
Process of Photosynthesis
1. Water from the earth taken up through the root and carbon-di-oxide taken from the atmosphere reaches to the leaves.
2. Sunlight is observed by chlorophyll. Due to the reaction takes place in thylakoids, water splits and oxygen is released.
3. The Carbon-di-oxide taken from atmosphere, splits and make sugar. this reaction takes place in Stomata.
4. Simple sugar combines and form Complex sugar. As a result of Photosynthesis Glucose and fructose are formed and they travel to the other parts of the plants.
